Grilled Pork Chops with Spicy Blueberry Sauce

5 pork chops
1 cup blueberries
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp orange juice
Chili powder to taste (optional)
3 Tbsp olive oil

Combine blueberries, sugar, orange juice and water in a saucepan. Cook at medium high heat till the mixture starts to boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, till blueberries are wilted and softened through. Remove from heat and mix in the chili powder (if you like).
Grill the steaks (or pan fry with a bit of olive oil)and season with salt and serve them accompanied by the blueberry sauce.
